
Squid (Ojingeo)
Ingredients
- 1 whole squid cleaned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang Korean chili paste
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and sesame seeds in a bowl to make the sauce.
- Score the cleaned squid with diagonal cuts and coat with the sauce.
- Grill or pan-fry the squid on medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side until tender.
- Slice into rings and serve as a main dish or snack.
