Instructions
Mix the sweet rice flour, sugar, and water in a heatproof bowl until smooth.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir the mixture, then microwave for another 1-2 minutes until the dough becomes sticky and translucent.
Sprinkle a clean surface with cornstarch or sesame seeds and knead the dough carefully (it will be hot).
Shape into small cakes or rolls and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
