
Roasted Corn (Korean-Style)
Ingredients
- 2 ears of corn
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Optional: sesame seeds or chili powder for garnish
Instructions
- Boil or steam the corn until tender (about 10 minutes).
- Mix butter and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Brush the butter-soy sauce mixture over the corn.
- Roast the corn on a grill or in a hot pan, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds or chili powder before serving.
