The Roasted Corn Korean Style

Roasted Corn (Korean-Style) Ingredients: 2 ears of corn 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon soy sauce Optional: sesame seeds or chili powder for garnish Instructions: Boil or steam the corn until tender (about 10 minutes). Mix butter and soy sauce in a small bowl. Brush the butter-soy sauce mixture over the corn. Roast the corn on a grill or in a hot pan, turning occasionally, until lightly charred. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or chili powder before serving.
